    Vehicle Overview

    What it is: Porsche's iconic 911 has existed in various forms since 1963. Available in coupe, Targa and convertible body styles, the legendary sports car competes against the Audi R8, Nissan GT-R and Chevrolet Corvette.
    New for 2017
    Carrera and Targa models are powered by a new 370-horsepower, twin-turbo 3.0-liter flat-six-cylinder engine while the Carrera S gets a 420-hp, twin-turbo 3.0-liter flat-six. Revisions to the 3.8-liter flat-six engine in the Turbo and Turbo S boost output to 540 and 580 hp, respectively. Other changes include new entertainment systems, updated bumper styling and revised suspension tuning.

      Having acquired a Carrera S Cabriolet with PDK and Chrono, the performance is exceptional. For some reason here in Florida, Dodge Charger want to accelerate and try to race. Needless to say, none compete. I just laugh as they rev and in Sport+ Mode, they fall behind quickly. but the most fun is to put the top down, cruise around listening to the radio and then turning radio off to listen to that gorgeous Flat 6 Boxer sound with the exhaust in sport mode. Yeah, they are expensive, but you definitely get your value…
